Hi!

We have a source that generates interrupts with a frequency of
4 kHz. I have registered a network interrupt handler to handle
this interrupt. Normaly it seems that the interrupts are blocked
by someone. But when I start to send alot of network trafic
over another interface (flood ping), it releases and my driver
can ACK its interrupts.

We run NetBSD-1.4.1/arm32, with a 21143 (if_de) and serial
console.
