According to my hanyaku translation software, this translates as:

[jp] $B$$$d!$(BK$B$K$D$C$3$^$l$?$+$i$3$C$+$i$o$k$5$9$k$b$N$,B>$N%5!<%P$K$D$J(B
[jp]$B$,$C$F$$$?2DG=@-$,$?$+$$$N$G(B
[en] No the possibility that the thing which nations turn the badness
[en] into because it was plunged into K was connected with it to other
[en] server is a thing of death

I'd translate the translation as something like

[en] There can be a problem when connected to another machine K which
[en] can cause a crash.

But I'd do a better job if I'd recalled the context from prior posts.
