While I sure wish that the smartmedia card was 1.2Gig ;-), it is only
a 4Meg Toshiba card.  The above /var/log/message snippet was from a
slighly older kernel.  The working 1/21/2000 -current kernel did
indicate a more sane size (3 Megs) even if there was an off-by-one
error.

The above is the same kernel that found the "wdc3/wd2" upon the first
card being unmounted and removed and the second one being inserted and
mounted.
