I'd like to defopt MAXUPRC, after changing it in a kernel config file
and finding it didn't affect anything :-( Having never added a defopt
before, is the following all I need to do? I tested the result, and
it DTRT. MAXUPRC is already documented in options(4) as well...

Simon.
