Is this on an i386?  It's the only netboot that specifies NFS_NOSYMLINK,
and the leading '/'s aren't removed in this case.  Easy enough to fix.

Is "//" legal in ISO-cd-land?  The plan was to add something as simple as:

	while (*cp == '/')
		cp++;

to both nfs.c and cd9660.o...
