I'm tempted to remove the boot interface name check from
device_register - PCI bus/dev/fcn must be enough.
Boot ROMs are rather longliving, and kernel drivers get obsolete
more often (see "de" -> "tlp"), or are ambigous (like "ep"/"ex"
for 3c90x).
