Back a version or two ago, on last close of an sd device, almost all
state would be cleared - in particular, on next open the disklabel
would be reread.

This no longer happens.  What do I need to change to put it back the
way it was?  Is it as simple as clearing SDEV_MEDIA_LOADED in
sdclose(), or is there more to it?
