When I, back then, contacted networking wizards from BSDi and FreeBSD,
to explicitly offer them the code, or at least to coordinate the definition
of the AF_ARP/PF_ARP constant I neede for it, both weren't interested,
apparently because they didn't support, and didn't intend to do so, ARCnet
(which is not the whole purpose of that change we did in NetBSD, but that's
another story).
