It's always looked to me like you wrote much of the code in a *very* wide
window -- so it was, in fact, pretty much straight Mach or straight KNF,
if one ignored the weird line wraps.

I was just pointing out that it's not like our whole kernel (or even anything
close to it) has ever been KNF anyway.
