I'd like to turn `pcic' into an attribute - like `scsi' - that controller
drivers can declare to enable a pcmcia bus to attach to them.

`dev/pcmcia/files.pcmcia' seems to have been constructed with something
like this in mind already. However, the alpha and i386 ports declare
`pcic' as a device implemented by the i82365 chip.

So, if `pcic' is to be an attribute identifying a device as a PC Card
Interface Controller the alpha & i386 i82365 implementations would
have to be renamed.
