Not really significant, I think.  You just patch it into
FreeBSD-current as of that date, and do 'cvs update -A' to clear out
to the newest version, and resolve the conflicts.  Remember, FreeBSD
export CVS access, so anybody can do this.

There has been a number of NFS changes in FreeBSD since then; mostly
merges from NetBSD, and a couple of fixes done by Kirk McKusick.
