I really don't like factoring bus, target, and lun into the picture when
trying to decide unit numbers...

Two things to remember:

	(a) Our autoconfig system can assign unit numbers arbitrarily,
	    and our SCSI subsystem allows one to take advantage of this,
	    mapping device unit numbers to arbitrary bus,target,lun
	    combinations.

	(b) dev_t's are used for more than just disks.
