At the moment? I would recommend installing a 1.3_ALPHA snapshot as
soon as they become available in about 48 hours. It will be much
easier than trying to update on your own.

current-users@netbsd.org, where warnings etc. for users of -current
are posted.

It requires a bit of diligent following of current-users to make sure
that you don't miss some important change...
