I have noted occasional failures to start standard system binaries on
NetBSD/sparc (current) (e.g. "tail: Command not found."). It is
intermittent, but it is not confined to any one shell (I've had failures
both during login to my csh, and in a sh script that runs frequently during
the day).

Is this bug the same one, ya think?
