I am fairly certain I sent in a PR...  But now I can't find it.

Here are the basics...

If I run the PostgreSQL server, and kill it (with a straight kill, so
it will clean up) my machine panics.  It really is that vague.  And,
so far, it doesn't drop a core or drop into ddb, it just reboots right
after flashing an impossible to read panic message.

I will try to reproduce this again today, hopefully coming up with
a small program that will help test it...
