   But you're still getting the overruns, right?


well, i was until a few weeks back, when i moved my ppp link to
a dedicated SS2, at which point i was able to sanely run at
38400 again...  there are a _few_ overruns, but, 2 or 3 orders
of magnitude less than i was seeing previously.
