Im running -current (as of 970410) and seeing a similar problem..
AMD 5x86DX-133, Opti chipset, Award BIOS 1997, 20M Ram, IDE,
keyboard & VGA (currently)
This is my only netbsd system with IDE, so im not sure if thats a
problem.

I seem to remember some s discussion about the reboot problem a while
back, but i dont have that archived and have been working on other
projects so i havent had a chance to look into it.

Id be willing to test patches tho.
