The mandoc macros are documented in the man pages.  The systems comes
with lots of examples too. 1/2 :-)

The most important rule is that you don't start a line with a dot
unless it's markup.

You don't have to get fancy.  A man page that has no markup except a
".nf" on the first line is better then no man page at all.
