Following the largely theoretical convention we've been using, it
should be:

	dev/ic/ncr53c9x.c

And the name `esp' shouldn't occur anywhere inside it.


P.S.  While I have no objection to the proposed reorganization, I'd
just like to explicitly state that any changes to the SCSI protocol
state machinery should be described in detail.
