It's particularly inappropriate since that's now a Symbios chip, not
an NCR chip. (It became so last year.)

Which just goes to show the futility of attempting to name drivers
for manufacturers. Naming things on a historical basis is as good
as any, since in the end the strings often either are or become
arbitrary.
