The hp300 port already has a real hardware disk device called rd.
Apparently they (for some suitable value of "they") decided it was
better to rename everybody's ramdisk driver than to rename the hp300's
hpib disk driver.  (There may have been compatability reasons for
wanting the hp300 disk driver to be called rd, I don't know.)
