Do we have any documentation on pmap?  I'm looking for something that
describes what the functions are supposed to do.  I'm especially
interested in what changed in moving to MACHINE_NONCONTIG, particularly
what the differences are between pmap_bootstrap_alloc() and
pmap_steal_memory(), and when one should be used as opposed to the other.
