I guess you have to do it.
(juengst@viskpc.iskp.uni-bonn.de (Henry G. Juengst, ISKP, Bonn) was interested
in NE2000 support too; this was about 1 year ago.)

dp8390 is already present (in wd80x3.c), only the board specific glue code
is needed. (you could use the freebsd netboot code as a starting point)
