I've committed the changes I discussed earlier, regarding `build' and
`source' directives.  See the man page for more information.  Thanks
to Greg Hudson for implementing it.

Also, I noticed that (quite rightly) all of the ports now appear to
register interrupt vectors dynamically.  I have therefore exorcised
the cruft in config(8) that used to deal with them.
