I'm updating my FDDI and Ethernet drivers to use <bus.h>,
IST_*, and the bus_* routines.  One thing I haven't found
is a corresponding routine for vtophys.

Or is it assumed that all memory is accessible by all buses?

I assume that eventually that ports that have I/O buses that
use mapping registers (like the VAX port) will be updated to
use the bus independent functions.
