Don't forget eject in there...

I hacked the sd.c driver to do the eject call, (it wasn't tough, of
course) but either I messed up or it doesn't want to eject my zip
drive.

But I certainly think it's a good idea to have those DIOC* calls
either implemented or at least defined in a common file.  I thought it
was odd to need to include disklabel.h to get at them.
