I've got an Asante SCSI/ethernet device that's obviously not a
"direct, fixed" device, but it gets classed that way by the current
generic SCSI code because it returns all 0's in response to a SCSI
inquiry command (no SCSI rev., no vendor, no nothin').

Are there disks out there that do this, too? Any ideas on how to
differentiate this device?
