Subject: sysctl "kern" depth

Is it a design decision that all "kern" sysctl-entities should be
terminals? I'm in the process of implementing a syscallname sysctl,
which I thought would be found using kern.syscall.1 etc. But then I
noted the terminal-test of "kern" entities, so I wonder if I should
invent a new toplevel class, or if I should go ahead and allow the
"kern" hierarchy to get deeper.
