Mach 2.5 and 3.0 still have a pageout daemon.  In 3.0 and maybe 2.5 it
is not a separate task (process) but it is still a dedicated thread.
But you are right, it is derived from Mach 2.0 with changes from both
2.5 and 3.0.  It does not support external pagers.
