Ok... That was not a big problem at all.
I just was annoyed for not having any message saying what was the
problem. Even with debug options (recompiling). My kernel is
1.0 (it's a production machine), so I don't know if this has been
fixed in current. At least a message in syslog would be usefull.
One simply cannot know what's the problem because the syslog message
was "Bad exports list line /foo/bar", where /foo is a symlink. The
esports original line was:
/foo/bar -ro -mapall=nobody
This sounded like syntax error, but I was following the exports.5
reference example. RTFM for the 4th time showed me the problem.
JMHO,
Jonny
PS: Does this deserve a send-pr ?
