An oversight.  

My perl script was a bit too picky at what it was converting.  I'll
get to the remaining files soon, but I thought that the change to
Makefile.<arch> which added -D_KERNEL alongside -DKERNEL before any of
the header/source files were converted would have protected users
during the transition.
