Why?
I'd prefer to leave this as seperate step... there are many 
'ramdiskbin' programs (i.e. many ramdisks), and unifying them is ... 
definitely another project, for now. :)

Sure. The plan is to build CDs now, and somewhen in the future nuke the 
existing stuff.
