"bootfloppy" is the El Torrito image, so that's currently not an 
option.

Of course we care.  You should be using bootfloppy-small (two 1.2MB 
floppies) or even bootfloppy-tiny (one) -- that's what they're for. 
(Can you really run NetBSD in 4MB?)
