This needs to change (sometime).

No, it needs to integrate into etc/Makefile's iso-image target, as well as
the distrib/cdrom framework.

Both of these are shared with all ports, not just i386 and amd64. I don't
see a point in creating another way to build CDs for a single port (or two).
