Hi,

I'm looking at cdboot and its integration into NetBSD, and found that
there are a few things left to do:

  * the tool is neither built nor installed by default, this should be
    changed (assuming it works!)

  * there is no manpage for cdboot, which should explain how to use it,
e.g. what parameters to pass to mkisofs (and makefs, later).
Proper name would probably be i386/cdboot(8).

  * how does the name 'cdboot' go with the existing bootxx_* names
in /usr/mdec? Looking around a bit, I wonder if bootxx_cd would be more
in line with the existing names appropriate? Or is bootxx_* only for
use with installboot(8)? They sure are for more things than harddisks,
    as bootxx_ustarfs on i386 shows.

Can you please look into these things?
