I found this:
Difference is in the modem hardware:
the 600X have an LT modem (PCI device).
the 600&600E have an Mware Digital Signal Processor (DSP)
which implements an Advanced Communication Processor (ACP)
modem. The Mware modem is an ISA device.

Unfortunately, i have the same messages:

Press return to boot now, any other key for boot menu
booting hd11a:netbsd - starting in 0
type "?" or "help" for help.
---------------------------------
I type boot
then:
-----------------------------------
2461888+(?? number, so fast)
exit
(..) -> more exit than 2.0
exit
exitprot_to_real can't return to D69002E8 I9990305
-----------------------------------

If your 600E boot fine, I don't understand.
