I was just installing 2.0_BETA from a CD I made, using sysinst, and
I happened to be watching when pax complained about a corrupt archive;
at least a page of errors scrolled by (I didn't get a good look), but
then at the end, sysinst claimed that all the files unpacked successfully.

This doesn't seem right.

If I get a chance, I'll try to duplicate this later, but thought folks
might like to know.
