Is it reasonable to add wscons to i386 INSTALL_* kernels? The purpose
of this is to have USB keyboard support for installation (it adds
around 70kb to INSTALL, without wsmouse).

.profile in the floppy images should set TERM=wsvt25, which means we
may want wscons in all INSTALL kernels. However, if the wsvt25
termcap works without wscons, we can probably leave out USB keyboard
support for SMALL, TINY, and maybe LAPTOP.

Any opinions on this?
