Proliferating mailing lists hasn't really helped so far. People still
post help requests to netbsd-users, discuss third party programs on
netbsd-help, and post pkgsrc questions on netbsd-help, netbsd-users,
and port-<arch>. How about expanding the one line Mailing List's
description's for the existing lists, instead of adding another?
