tech-install: sysinst in 1.5.2/alpha

I just got around to installing NetBSD/alpha, 1.5.2 and what an improvement
sysinst is since I last used it.  Some things I'd like to see are:

* partition editing on the same screen as the partition table
* progres meter of some sort for pax extraction.
