I'm not 100% sure what the directory structure for CDs is required to
be. I *think* the tings from the i386 directory should be one dir up
(e.g. /cdrom/binary/sets etc.), i.e. the CD is not good. 

Can you check out the ISOs from ftp.netbsd.org:/pub/NetBSD/iso/1.5.2?
