Um, just install the question in sysinst of "use the whole disk" or "use
only a partition" (or so, don't know offhands) with the latter. It's
easiest if you install NetBSD last, make a primary DOS partition from one
of the already-installed OSs first, and then tell netbsd to use that one
(changing partition kind).

There'll also be the question on whether to install a boot selector; you
will want to answer that affermative, too.
