After reading that, I see that for most arches, doing a single-arch CD is
easy because we have the correct installboot program available already.
The command examples are pretty complete, so it looks like somebody already
did the research for you. ^_^
To do a multiple-arch CD, you either have to process the same .iso file
on multiple machines in sequence, or custom-compile installboot so it can
imitate the other ports' installboot programs.
Does anyone feel up to the task of merging installboot and adding an option
so that you can tell it to imitate another port's installboot?

Ok. I don't understand why assuming /usr/local would have helped any,
but it's not important.
The main thing is to get something into the tree so that people who are
able to 'make release' will be able to run 'make isofs' or 'make cdimage'
easily. Probably the make bits should first check for mkisofs/mksunbootcd,
and halt with a clear error message if they are not installed.
