hi folks.


i have created a distrib/utils/x_netstat that saves me ~30k of space on
the sparc.  some of the other installers might want to pick it up.

i've also moved the mis named gzip_s (i didn't realise that "init_s"
was for "init with -s always", not "init small", at the time) to x_gzip,
like all the other 'small' programs (and updated the sparc & macppc
ports distrib files).
