I'm betting that it won't work on the machines I plan to test it on.
In fact, iirc, I already tried it before and the standard way
disklabel did it when I was using the entire disk did not work.
I can't guarantee it, but I bet the BIOS refused to load the boot
program.  That is the reason sysinst ALWAYS skips the first cylinder
of the BIOS geometry.
