I'm a software developer by trade, but I like to play with electronics
for fun/hobby. I've got Ceiva2 digital picture frame with a Sharp
LH7A400 ARM-922T processor that I'd like to try to get NetBSD running
on. I've got as far as seeing it boot on the serial port, but can't
figure out how to break into any sort of bootloader. It's running VX
Works. It's got a JTAG port, so I'm thinking of getting a USB->JTAG
adapter (I don't have a PC with a parallel port).

I've found these:( http://www.amontec.com/jtagkey-tiny.shtml )
which seem very reasonable, price wise, but shipping from CH to the US
is almost as much.

If anyone has suggestions for a more-local USB->JTAG adapter of similar
quality & price, or if anyone else in the US or Canada was interested in
having one, I'd order a few and defray the cost of shipping. Or, if
someone know how to break into VXWorks from the serial port, that'd work
too :-)

Here's all the information I've got on my Ceiva2:

Thanks,

Robert
