Sorry I'm late. I'll read this doc as soon as possible.
This doc could complement the one (a very simple one) I wrote a year
ago(http://www.netbsd.org/~jschauma/netbsd-solidstate.html ),
even I followed another way to put NetBSD on CF (no RAM Disk).
