NetBsd on high speed network devices

Hi All,
   Please point me if there is an FAQ for the
   following questions.

   I saw the archive that people were talking about
   PPC 8xx.

   1. Is there a port available for 750 or 7400?
   2. Is there an SMP version of NetBSD for PPC?
   
   I am evaluating different RTOS also.
 
   3. Should i just go ahead with one of those and
   concentrate on the application?
