Let me make that less strong. We believe it was still working but that
the fact that userland is currently inlining things like fsqrt means
that it is possibly the case that the only solution is to have a
separate soft float userland, at which point MATH_EMULATE would not be
of any use.

That said, I think it was premature to remove MATH_EMULATE as no
actual course of action had been decided upon yet.
