Add a new TARGET_CD_IMAGE variable which specifies single target ISO image,
to make debugging Makefile easier.

For example:
# make RELEASE=3.1 obj
# make RELEASE=3.1 TARGET_CD_IMAGE=sgimipscd fetch
# make RELEASE=3.1 TARGET_CD_IMAGE=sgimipscd

or:
# make RELEASE=current obj
# make RELEASE=current RSYNC_SITE=rsync://rsync.NetBSD.org/NetBSD-daily/HEAD/200702280002Z TARGET_CD_IMAGE=macppccd fetch
# make RELEASE=current TARGET_CD_IMAGE=macppccd

etc.


To generate a diff of this commit:
cvs rdiff -r1.1 -r1.2 src/distrib/cdrom/3.0.2.conf src/distrib/cdrom/3.1.conf \
    src/distrib/cdrom/4.0.conf
cvs rdiff -r1.4 -r1.5 src/distrib/cdrom/current.conf
